OK Raseborg and Finlands Svenska Orienteringsförbund FSO are organising the Baltic Junior Cup 28–30 October 2022 at Ekenäs/Tammisaari in Raseborg, Finland.

Baltic Junior Cup is a traditional international orienteering competition between regions and nations of the Baltic Sea area. The participants are junior orienteers aged 15 to 20. The competition comprises an individual competition and a relay. The participants run in both of these.

NB: The BJC Model orienteering on Friday 28 October is open all the day, and the maps for the BJC teams are in envelopes in the red letterbox at Västerby ski stadium: see the picture below, and use the location map at ’Rastilippu’ for finding to the right place (the BJC teams do not need any separate registration, since the model event is included, but if you are a member of the public and would like to run the model orienteering course, you can register yourself at Rastilippu). See more details here. Livelox for the model orienteering here.

The model orienteering maps for Friday are in OK Raseborgs red letterbox at Västerby skidstuga in Ekenäs.

The event was originally scheduled for October 2020, then rescheduled for 2021 and again for 2022 because of Covid-19 and international restrictions on travelling. We are now happy and hopeful that the event will at last take place and wish you all warmly welcome to Ekenäs. However, please check official information on possible travel restrictions (currently only few restrictions).
